Do you have staff available 24/7?
YES! We have many caregivers in many locations. A lot of our employees look for work overnight for various reasons.
What geographic areas do you service?
We serve all of Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties in Northern Ohio. Staffing levels may vary in some locations.

How much do you charge per hour?
Each case is unique. Generally speaking for home health aide or sitter services we start at $18 per hour. Lower rates may be available for higher hour cases depending on location and staffing levels.
Do you offer pediatric care or MRDD care?
Unfortunately we do not offer pediatric care or MRDD at this time. They are specialized services and we hope to offer them in the future.
Are your staff background checked?
ABSOLUTELY! We are actually a state certified web-check agency which means we do all our fingerprinting “in-house” to assure nothing goes wrong and we are hiring the right people.
How long have you been in business?
We started in 1996.
So what exactly do you do?
We offer nurses, therapists and home health aides to help the sick, disabled and/or homebound with activities of daily living or recovery from illness, injuries or chronic conditions.
What insurance company payments do you accept?
